Today is “Celebrate Africa Day.” At our 4th Sunday Fellowship, Pastor Mike McNair and the Emmanuel Baptist Church family will be with us. We will serve dinner at 2:00; everyone is asked to bring your soul food/international dishes.
All youth interested in participating in the “Career Development Mentorship Program”, must attend a meeting next Sunday, immediately following the 11:30 service in the Fellowship Hall. A parent/guardian must attend as well. The first “Career Development Forum” will take place on Sunday, March 20th immediately following the 11:30 service.
We are planning a Spring Break Camp, April 20-21. More details will be available next week.

Women of Calvary, the women of Oak Springs Baptist Church will be joining us for our retreat this year. The dates are May 13-15 and the location is Myrtle Beach. If you would like to come, it’s not too late. Complete a registration form and speak with Cheryl Hairston for further information.
We are now accepting applications for the following positions: (1) Pastor of Worship (Full-Time) – the ideal candidate will possess a degree in music/commensurate experience, have strong Christian leadership skills, be fluent in praise and worship, gospel, hymns, have strong organizational skills. (2) Staff Musician- Keyboard – Part Time and (3) Staff Musician – Drummer – Part Time. All interested candidates should submit their resume, along with a cd/dvd portfolio of work, criminal background check and references. Application period is February 1st through March 31st. We are also accepting applications for a Food Service Director/Cook for our Summer Enrichment Camp.
