Women of Calvary, join us as we go see “Crowns – Portraits of Black Women in Church Hats” at The Barn Dinner Theater on Sunday, August 7th at 1:00. Bring your moms, your daughters, your nieces, your cousins, your best friends. The cost is $39.33 per person. Please pay in the lobby – space is limited.

Are you missions minded? The deadline for the Cuba trip is May 23rd and the deadline for the Haiti trip is June 3rd. The Cuba trip takes place Oct. 22-29 and the Haiti trip is November 9-16. Medical professionals interested in participating are invited to an interest meeting on Tuesday, May 31st at 6:30 pm.

All youth interested in attending the Career Development Mentorship Luncheon on June 18th must sign up in the lobby.

There will be a meeting of all VBS volunteers on June 8th at 6:15 in the Fellowship Hall. Whether you have signed up or not, you are welcome to come.

VBS is going to Main Street – where Jesus makes the difference everyday. Remember your “EZ Pass” gets you directly from the front door to the Sanctuary with no waiting! Pre-registration is required for all participants, you can pre-register in the lobby. The dates for VBS are August 1-5.

Our Summer Enrichment Camp begins June 13th. The cost is $90 per week, $50 registration fee, $80 for siblings, and $125 weekly drop in fee. Pre-registration begins today and runs through May 29th. Applications for teachers, interns and Food Service Director should be returned to the church office.

The Dance Ministry is looking for a lead choreographer for our Children’s Dance Ministry. If you have previous dance experience and enjoy working with children, please contact LaToya Marcus at 852-3100.

The church office will be closed Monday, May 30th in observance of Memorial Day.

Calvary Christian Center and Westover Church are excited to announce out next “Pack-a-Thon for Haiti” on Saturday, June 11th from 8:30am – 12pm at Westover Church. Our goal is to pack 50,000 meals to send to Haiti. Immediately following the pack-a-thon, we will be hosting a fellowship lunch here at Calvary from 12pm-2pm for all volunteers. We have space for only 125 volunteers, so please sign up today in the lobby.

The Ghana mission team will be collecting school and medical supplies to take to Ghana with us when we go in July.
